Player memberships are inclusive of insurance. 

Only registered player members are eligible for claims.

We recommend all playing or training members to have this membership which includes an allowance for loss of income amongst other benefits. 

Schedule of Benefits

Part A: Death and capital benefits: benefit payable/sum insured $50,000

Part B: fractured bones benefit payable/sum insured $5000

Part C: weekly injury benefit

– Home help 100% of actual cost incurred up to $250, beneift period 26 weeks, excess period 14 days
– Loss of income 85% of salary up to $250, benefit period 52 weeks, excess period 14 days
– Student help $100% of actual cost incurred up to $250, benefit period 26 weeks, excess period 14 days

Part D: Dental injuly as per policy

Part E: Non medicare medical expenses 85% of the expense up to $2500, excess $50
