ROUND 2 REVIEW

Round 2 of the MACRON SFL pitted us against Perth AFC and the team came away with a comfortable 8-1 win. Despite the score, there is still a lot of work to be done, most notably in front of goal as our conversion rate needs to improve. A number of good chances were not converted for the second successive week. Up against Stirling Braza Ginga in round 3, this will need to improved for us to come away with three more points.
Overall, it is pleasing to come away with a win and we certainly have shown some good signs early on, however we will always push the players to get better weekly and increase their level, individually and collectively.
Round 3 is a big match, a replay of last seasons’ Grand Final v Braza. It will be a good measuring stick for us early on as Braza are a very well organised and strong team that always bring their best in these matches. We are up for the challenge and all the players are excited to get an opportunity to test themselves against a great opposition.
